The main question the documentary addresses is the kind of obstacles and challenges labor migrants usually face. The project reveals the ways and mechanisms of migration, including the irregular migration. The main plot is built around three stories from different parts of Italy – Milan, Brescia and Naples. The characters tell their personal stories and share their individual experiences. We see how they live, what kind of work they do and how their lives and attitudes have been changed so far and what uncertainties they live with. The characters made the journey. Although they endured hardships, most of them were in some way successful. Although they may be in a good situation now, they faced a difficult journey and many challenges in the past. We visit the places they live, their houses and their neighbourhoods. We talk to their kids, their partners, colleagues, and friends. The main Idea will be the bridge between us (the documentary crew) and the audience which we build on from the stories of these three migrants and their families. Visually we focus both on the positive and negative, real, raw, and vulnerable stuff that they might or might not show us. We document as much as we can to show the real side of the things. And create a balance between the happy life and the truth of the past. Finally, the viewer has a right to decide about the risks of irregular migration.

What are you? is the story of Niko Zanaria, just a person ... A person who despite being only that, struggles every day with the judgments, Niko is a non-binary person. In their upbringing Niko felt their loved ones had big plans for them, but guess what? Niko had even bigger plans, and they stopped pleasing everyone else to start living their best life. Through this inspiring journey of discovery and acceptance, Niko met their partner Sara, who is now living their own process of discovery. Together, they will show us that it is possible to hack into ones own life and live in peace with yourself no matter what. Meet these wonderful people who are trying to hack the world by hacking their own lives. This is me. And this is who I'm aspiring to be.

Indian handlooms are known for their richness, exquisiteness, variety and fine quality. They are an integral part of Indian culture and no festival or occasion is complete without them. The passage of time has brought about a change in the weaves, patterns and designs boasting of glamor, magnificence and exquisiteness but the importance and authenticity of handlooms still remains the same. As an economic activity, handlooms comprise the largest cottage industry in the country. Millions of looms across the country are engaged in weaving cotton, silk and other natural fibers to bring out traditional beauty of India’s precious heritage and also providing livelihood to millions of families. There is hardly a village where weavers do not exist weaving out the traditional beauty of the region. The skills and activities are kept alive by passing the skills from generation to generation. What sets our handloom apart is the excellent workmanship, color combination and fine quality. Indian weavers blend myths, faiths, symbols and imagination to bring an appealing dynamism to the fabric. When life gives you lemons, sow them. When Pratima Devi was married off at an early age, she could never have anticipated that she would live to see a day like today's. Post her marriage, it did not take long for her to realise that her husband was an alcoholic and she would have to step up and take charge to turn her destiny around. With the support of her in laws and government schemes, Pratima educated herself in the field of hybrid farming. Pratima saw more crop production in the two years that followed then she had seen in a almost a decade. With empowerment and self sufficiency, she gained a lot of confidence and went on to buy a tractor, a two wheeler and a car. She also built a house that her family resides in currently. All three of her children go to reputed schools and she wants to fund and support their education till as long as she can so that they can lead a better life and face less struggles than she had to.
